company commanded by Capt. Nehemiah Emerson and each man, including
"David Negro." Biographical Note:
The Tenth Massachusetts Regiment, authorized on Sep. 16, 1776, had
been attached to the Highland and Northern Departments. It was
disbanded on Nov. 15, 1783 at West Point, N.Y. Benjamin Tupper
commanded the regiment from Jan. 1, 1781 to Jan. 1, 1782. Subjects:
