According to Molhuysen, based on the Herbarium of Pseudo-Apuleius
and on the work of Pedanius Dioscorides. Also contains a poem on
herbs, followed by two short incantations ("Ad Telam extrahendam de
vulnere") (f. 50v). Inscription (f. 36v): "Nomen herbe lycanis
stephanotice. Incipit: "Folia habet oblonga, angusta...". Poem (f.
50): "Herbarum specie pulcros cum germine flores...". - (ff.
