    Note:
    Date: Based on the colophon: (f. 269v) "Dit boec wart vol screven Int iaer ons heeren MCCCC ende lx opden vierden dach in Augusto. Wilt om gods wille alle den lieven heilighen voer haer bidden die dit boec heeft ghescreven Dat haer God na deser corter tijt doer sijn heilighe verdienste gheven wilt dat eewighe leven Amen."
