    [164] leaves (1 fold) : ill.
    Note:
    Written by several different hands in Gothic minuscule script with illuminated initials in blue, gold and brown; blue and red paragraph marks.
    In Latin with part of later additions in French.
    Contains a liturgical calendar of the saints for England.
    Sixteenth-century blind stamped panel binding in brown calf or sheep. On the upper cover is the figure of a king and on the lower cover the figure of the risen Christ. On both covers is the motto: Vetus Adam moriet. Christ. res. Behind the king's head may be seen the date 1529.
    With the ex libris seal bookplate of Edward Whittaker Hennell.
