  • Provenance: Ascribed to Chelles by Bischoff, to Jouarre by McKitterick. At Würzburg, Domstift St Kilian, by the second third of the ninth century: evidence of marginalia, and inscription (9th century, middle) on fol. 1v. Domstift ex libris, 13th century, fol. 1v, and shelfmark, 15th century, fol. 2r. William Laud, 1573-1645: his ex libris, 1638, fol. 1v. Given to the Bodleian as part of his third donation, dispatched on 28 June 1639.
    Contents: Charlemagne, De litteris colendis (f. 1r). Augustine, De trinitate (ff. 2r-259v). Book list of St. Kylian, Würzburg (f. 260r).
    Hand: Fols. 2r-259v: uncial and half-uncial by at least fifteen hands. Fols. 1r, 260r: additions in German Anglo-Saxon minuscule.
