    Binding:

    Eighteenth-century full tan calf; gilt-tooled border roll; smooth spine, with gilt fillets forming false bands; gilt-tooled fleuron within compartments; marbled end-papers; all edges yellow.

    Part of the Lloyd Roberts collection, bequeathed to the John Rylands Library by David Lloyd Roberts in 1920
