Text in double columns, 61 lines per column. Initial spaces, with guide-letters. Signatures: pi⁴ a-z⁶ A-G⁶ H-I⁸ (I8 blank). Imperfect: final blank leaf (leaf I8) lacking. Binding: 18th century sprinkled sheep.
