    Contains works by Bede the Venerable: (ff. 1r-128r) Historia ecclesiastica gentis anglorum. - (ff. 128v-136r) De natura rerum. - (ff. 136r-139v) De temporibus. - (f. 139v) Bedae Elogium.
    Note:
    Origin: Eemstein Monastery (Mynnendael), near Dordrecht.
    Binding: Medieval binding, contemporary. - Leather (brown, blind-tooled) over wooden boards with bevelled edges. Fenestra with title "Bede ecclesiastica hystoria de gestis anglorum" (front board). Two clasp fastenings (closing back to front; only catchplates original). - Bookblock resewn, spine renewed.
    Textual: (f. 139v) Incipit: "Beda dei famulus monachorum nobile sidus...".
