blind-tooled) over wooden boards with bevelled edges. Fenestra with
title "Bede ecclesiastica hystoria de gestis anglorum" (front
board). Two clasp fastenings (closing back to front; only
catchplates original). - Bookblock resewn, spine renewed.
Textual: (f. 139v) Incipit: "Beda dei famulus monachorum nobile
sidus...".
