    Notes:
    Written in a gothic book-hand in black ink in 2 columns of 35 lines with 2 foliate borders in burnished gold and colors (ff. 1v, 92v), decorated initials on burnished gold ground, smaller initials in blue and red with pen flourishes, headings and paraph marks in red. Written in England.
    Two unidentified coat of arms on f. 1v.
