German almanac for bloodletting, heavily illustrated with woodcuts.
Woodcut illustrations including a pelican, a young couple at a
table, a flock of birds, the birth of Christ, and a Zodiac man with
information on where to bleed depending on Zodiac sign. Imperfect:
only the left half of the lower part remaining; torn along edges
with some loss of text and illustrations. Mounted on a blank
leaf. Notes:
Title from ISTC. Imprint from ISTC; GW lists date of imprint as
"1498/99?" and Schreiber has imprint as "Strassburg or Basel in
