Contains 21 full-page illustrations depicting the astrological
significance of the palm; woodcuts from Ratdolt's undated Venetian
edition. Printed on Chancery paper, measuring 20.8 x 13.9 cm; 35
lines to a full page; area of text: 15.7 x 9.7 cm. Includes
ornamental woodcut initials. First four leaves of first two
gatherings and first five leaves of last gathering are foliated
sequentially from 1 to 13. Rubrication in red and woodcut initials
hand-colored in red on first page only. Ms. foliation on upper
right hand "49"-"74". Binding: modern stiff vellum; contemporary
limp vellum wrapper bound in. Notes:
