Ghescreven tot purmer bi handen Cop wit moens zoen Int jaer ons heren xiiiic [Ixxvi or Ixxiii, erased and adapted into] Ixiii ende wort gheeyndet op sinte matheus avont".
    Foliation: Contemporary, in roman numerals.
    Script: According to the colophon on f. 134r, written by Kop Wit Moensz.
    Illumination: Miniatures of evangelists Mark, Luke and Matthew (incorrectly placed at the beginning of the Gospel of John.
    Binding: Post-medieval binding.
    Textual: Dutch translation by Johannes Scutken. The manuscript could be used as an evangeliary, although the table of gospel pericopes according to the Proprium de tempore and Proprium sanctorum is missing.
