    Layout: Upright format.
    Decoration: Woodcuts: title page, initials, printer's device and armorial on verso of 8th leaf.
    Binding: 18th-century mottled and marbled calf over boards; rebacked; pair of gilt tooled fillets towards outer edges of boards, and blind-tooled fillets and roll in panel design, with fleurons; gilt rolled edges.

    Provenance: From the library of Archbishop William Wake (1657-1737), which was donated to Christ Church at his death. The volume was initially in John Dee’s (1527-1608) possession.
