Summary:
Manuscript 367, dating back to the thirteenth and fourteenth
century, contains books 1 to 3 of the Quinque compilations
antiquae. These five books are anthologies of canon law. Book 1 -
Compilatio prima - was written by Bernardus Papiensis (d. 1213).
Compilatio secunda or book 2 was written by John of Wales (c.
1210-12). Petrus Collivaccinus (d. 1219/1220-) was the author of
the third book - Compilatio tertia -. Tancredus (1185-1236) wrote
the accompanying glosses for the Compilationes. The manuscript was
