Reliure basane (?) ornée au dos du chiffre de Louis-Philippe (train du 18 juillet 1842, confié à Hirou), refaite entièrement en 1977.
Estampilles Bibliothèque Royale Ancien Régime, 1735-1791, modèle identique à Josserand-Bruno 275 et pl. type 14 et Bibliothèque impériale, 1852-1870, modèle avec la mention "MSS." proche de Josserand-Bruno, 289 et pl. type 36.Custodial History:
Au f. 226v figure la note suivante: « Tertia die post festum sancti Clementis obiit Maholt, mater Oliveri Mandeguerre » (fin XIIIe s.). Ce ms. a appartenu à Notre-Dame de Paris. Il porte au f. 227 la signature de Claude Joly, chantre de Notre-Dame de Paris, suivie de la date "dec. 1666".
