Description
Commonly referred to as 'The Tinners' Charter'. The only surviving
copy: "Within a year of the Great Court of 1533, the newly
established printing press at Tavistock Abbey (the first in the
county) published a book containing the Statutes of the Great
Courts of 1510, 1532 and 1533, plus a copy of the Charter of Edward
I. One copy of this book survives, in the library of Exeter College
