Description
  • End of Book VIII and start of Book IX with large decorated initial A.
    This MS. belonged successively to Coluccio Salutati, Leonardo Bruni and Antonio Panormita before it came into the library of Ferdinand I, King of Arragon. It was used by Politian when he was giving private classes to the young English humanists, Grocyn and Linacre. Part of the MS. is in Paris.
