Contents: The Benedictine Rule, in Latin and in the Old English version of Æthelwold (ff. 1-105). Blank pages (ff. 105v-106 ). ff. 106v-109, added 11th century, contain documents relating to Bury St Edmunds Abbey.
Hand: The main contents in a single hand, writing the Latin in Caroline minuscule, and the Old English in square minuscule, occasionally insular minuscule.
