    Eighteenth or nineteenth-century full red leather; triple gilt fillet to form a border; board edges and turn-ins gilt; decorative end-papers; yellow ribbon bookmark attached; smooth spine, heavily gilt; all edges gilt.

    Part of the Christie Collection, bequeathed to the Victoria University of Manchester by Richard Copley Christie in 1901
