  Part 1 contains: (ff. 1r-22r) Prayer book, containing prayers for mass and sequences for the period Christmas-Easter. - (ff. 24r-25v) Copies of indulgence bulls issued by popes Sixtus IV (1479) and Innocentius VIII (1483). - (ff. 25v-43r) Psalterium Virginis Mariae / Alanus de Rupe. Dutch translation. - (ff. 43r-53v) Several exempla of the Virgin. - Empty: ff. 22v-23v.
  Part 2 contains: (ff. 54r-57r) Sermon on Canticle of Canticles 4,12 / Jordan of Quedlinburg. Dutch translation from Jordan of Quedlinburg's Opus Dan de Sanctis. - (ff. 57r-61r) Sermon on the Gospel of Matthew 25,6, devoted to St. Barbara.
  Part 3 contains: (ff. 62r-78v) Songbook of Marigen Remen, containing several songs, both secular and ecclesiastical, including several mystical songs.
