Text of piyutim very close to version in modern editions of the
Maḥzor. Significant differences in the text of the fixed prayers
indicate decisions of local halakhic authorities.
Includes prayers for the entire holiday cycle: Rosh ha-Shanah, Yom
Kippur, Sukkot, Shemini Atzeret, Hanukkah, 4 Parashiyot, Purim,
Pesaḥ, Shavuot. Other prayers included: Shir ha-yiḥud, Ḳinot
le-Tishah Be-Av, Keter malkhut of Ibn Gabirol, Seliḥot for fast
days, Halel, Musaf for Rosh ḥodesh, additions in the amidah for
fast days, Tishah be-Av, Hanukkah and Purim, Musaf for the Three
Festivals, Piyutim for Magen avot, Evening services, Pirḳe avot,
Amidah for Rosh ha-Shanah, Hoshanot and yotzer for Simḥat Torah,
Rashuyot for Simḥat Torah, Yotzrot for special shabbatot.

Ink on some pages faded, especially leaves 27-34, 42, with some
