Schrift: Gotische Minuskel von einer Hand - Ausstattung: Rubriziert Rote Lombarden am Beginn der Predigten, gelegentlich mit einfachen Zierstrichen: Bauer-Eberhardt 1, Nr 221 - Einband: Heller spätgotischer Ledereinband mit Streicheisenlinien, Schließen defekt, Kettenöse abgerissen Am Vorderdeckel je ein Papierschild mit Titel Sermones Innocencii pape und Nummer D 3 bzw Standortsignatur FC 2 Beide Spiegel ausgelöst, (vorne) Blatt aus einem italienischen Passionale, hier De XL martyribus Sebastenis (Anfang 11 Jh), jetzt Clm 29891(4 (früher Clm 29072 a); (hinten, nach Leimabdruck im Deckel quer) mit Schnittspur der Kettenöse Doppelblatt aus den 'Verba seniorum', speziell De s Theodoro (10 Jh), nun Clm 29892(3 (zuvor Clm 29073 b); zur Schrift: Daniel, Nr 16 An beide Deckel geklebt Reste einer zerstückelten deutschen Pergamenturkunde, darin Fridr Fraun [], Kaspar Mendor[fer], Hanns Sähers sowie Kaspar Seiberstorfer genannt (15 Jh) - BSB-Provenienz: Gemäß Schriftbefund vermutlich in Italien entstanden Terminus ante quem für die Entstehungszeit ist die Nennung in einem unter dem Freisinger Bischof Konrad Sendlinger 1316 angelegten Inventar: "Item sermones Innocencii tercii" (MBK 4,2, S 630, 62f) Gelegentlich Randnotizen seines Amtskollegen Johannes Grünwalder (15 Jh, 92v 120v) - Altsignatur: D 3 - Altsignatur: FC 2 -
