    Veau brun, encadrement d'un simple filet à chaud sur les plats dos à 5 nerfs, filets à chaud en pieds de nerfs.

    PROVENANCE

    Cette curieuse et amusante publication fait partie d'un important recueil factice de 26 "pamphlets" (en anglais le terme désigne simplement une petite publication) ayant appartenu à un certain Thomas Neville, qui a fait don de plusieurs livres au Collège des Jésuites Anglais de Saint-Omer comme l'indique l'ex-dono mentionné sur la page de titre : "Bib. Col. Angl. Soc. Jesu audomari 1736. Ex dono Dni Thoma Nevill" C'est Probablement ce Thomas Neville qui a inscrit au dos de la garde volante contrecollée supérieure : "In this collection there are some of the best pamphletts that ever wa writt for understanding the true history of corruption ; and the im[m]ense profitt the Nation hath gained by the Revolution". C'est également probablement ce même Nevill qui possédait le First Folio de Shakespeare conservé dans les collections de la BASO.
