Written by a single hand in fine Arabic calligraphy in black ink on
ivory-coloured, glazed paper. Illuminated with Turkish rococco
ornamentation in gold, red, green, rose & blue; heavily illuminated
and decorated colophon.
Transcribed by Ali al-Turabi, a pupil of Muhammad (Mehmed)
al-Shukri. Cf. colophon.
