  Contains: (ff. IVr-VIv) Engraving of the Dutch catholic priest Martinus van Velden (died 1639), followed by a short account of his life and martyrdom. Added in 18th century. - (ff. 1r-27v and 83v-90r) Spieghel der volcomenheit / Hendrik Herp. - (ff. 27v-33v) Vander dochtere van Syon. - (ff. 93v-116v) Die bedudenisse vander heiligher misse. (f. VIIr) Engraving by J. Boel, depicting the Four Last Things (death, judgment, heaven and hell). Later added. - (ff. 117r-148v) Various devotional texts (a.o. on patience and the virtue of keeping silence) and dicta ascribed to Bernard of Clairvaux. - (ff. 149r-277v) Vitis mystica / Bonaventure (?). Dutch translation. - (ff. VIIIr-IXv) Note about the provenance of the manuscript (Nazareth monastery in Leiden). Added in 18th century. - Empty: ff. Ir-IIIv.
