    Binding:

    Stamped leather over wooden boards, with modern rebacking, metal bosses and corner pieces, two clasps (missing).

    15th century.

    Abstract:

    Antiphoner ('Antiphonarium Romanum') produced probably in the Netherlands in the 15th century. Music throughout (except endleaves), using square notation on red staves.


    Foliation:

    An old pencil foliation which numbers the three parts separately indicates that several folios have been removed more recently.
