    1 leaf : vellum ; 35 x 27 cm. mounted to 40 x 31 cm.

    Summary:
    A single leaf including the beginning of the mass for the feast of St. Ulric (Udalricus) Bishop of Augsburg (July 4).

    Notes:
    Written in a gothic book hand in two columns in black ink with red rubrics.
    The recto has a 9-line historiated initial showing St. Ulric in vestments, holding a crozier and a fish. There is an elaborate floral border decoration in shades of green, incorporating an unknown coat of arms and inhabited by birds and an archer, on a ground of incised gold.
    Mounted on a larger paper leaf. The verso is not visible.
