Description
  • Start of text. Cicero, flanked by Cato and Caesar, triumphing over the Catilinarian conspirators. Crowned Cicero seated in centre of the composition, with Cato and Cicero on either side, holding scrolls. At their feet are several seated figures. Architectural framework with two round arches, from which curtains hang.
