    Contains, all in Dutch/Low German: (ff. 1r-82r) Rule of St. Benedict (for nuns). - (ff. 83r-183r, 184r-298v, 299-322v) Other regulations (for brethern); numerous sections, in several hands; some leaves are missing. - Also contains fragments of an 11th-century liturgical text, used as binding material, and 2 leaves of a 13th-century psalter used a flyleaves.

". - (f. 83r) Teyn ersten woye men in der advent halden sal [incipit:] Des ersten sonnendaghes in der advent sal die prophete ysaias angewen werden to der metten ... ". - (f. 184v) Als dye broeder dat teken toe der metten hoeren soelen sy opstaen . ynd bereyt sollen sey yngaen yn dye kerke...". - Empty: ff. 82v, 183v and 206v.
