This collection of liturgical manuscripts includes the oldest known
example of a Collectarium (containing prayers intended to be sung
by a choir on major holy days) and various Statuta liturgica et
monastica, written in Alemannic minuscule script during the second
half of the 8th century at the Abbey of St. Gall (or certainly in
the Lake Constance area).
