Script: Obbema proposes Margaretha van Mekeren from the convent

Binding: Medieval binding, contemporary. - Leather (chamois
sheepskin) over wooden boards with rounded edges. Two eye-and-pin
fastenings (long-strap, closing on front board face; renewed). -
Bookblock resewn; spine renewed, with plaited headbands.
Textual: (ff. 3r-97r) Contains a Low German adaptation/translation,
with several additions/corrections in Dutch. - (ff. 108v-118r)
Obbema 1996 proposes Geert Grote as the author of this 'letter from
Nijmegen', which is supported by R. van Dijk in the Prolegomena ad
Gerardi Magni Opera omnia. Turnhout 2003, p. 248- (brief 96)..
