Also contains on the flyleaf (12th century): (f. 112r-v) Computus.
Fragment. Note:
Script: Most part written by one scribe; second hand: f. 54r-v;
third hand (also corrector): ff. 107v-109r.
Binding: Medieval binding, not contemporary (15th/16th century,
German regions). - Leather (redpink sheepskin) over wooden boards.
Two eye-and-pin fastening (long-strap, closing on front board face;
renewed with reuse of strap plates). Parchment title shield with
text "Vitruvius de Architectura" (front board). Traces of chain
attachment (back board) - Spine renewed. - Flyleaf (12th-century
computus fragment, formerly f. 112) kept in restoration folder
since conservation treatment in 1978. According to the De Meyier
1973 the present binding dates from the 15th/16th century, however,
the board shape and the lacing-in of the sewing supports suggest a
considerable older date (communication Karin Scheper, 2023).
Textual: The text of chapter VII is mixed up.
