Title
Breviarium antiquissimum (Major sections: Lectionary, Litany, Neumed Antiphoner, Partial Hymnary, Calendar of Saints, Capitulary, Collectar)
Description
A composite manuscript containing text and music for the
celebration of the Benedictine office, including a fully neumed
(non-diastemmatic) antiphoner. Local saints' feasts (Disibod, Afra,
Alban) and the extensive repertory for Martin help to establish its
probable provenance.
