  Manuscript written on vellum in Toledo, Spain, Kislev, 5068 [Dec. 1307] by Yosef ben Yehudah ben Merṿas for Mosheh ben Yosef Yehudah ha-Nasi. Cf. colophon (p. [739])
  Follows usual Jewish order of books, except that Chronicles precedes Psalms.
  With the bookplate of David Solomon Sassoon. Cf. Sassoon's Ohel Daṿid, no. 508.
  Includes indexes in a different but contemporary hand.
  Includes Masorah gedolah and Masorah ḳeṭanah in the margins.
  Considerable worming damage throughout, especially at back and front.
  Pp. 26-27; text seems to have been damaged by water; considerable loss of text.
