The manuscript was at Benedictine abbey of Saint-Remi at Rheims and remained there most likely until the abbey was dissolved during the French Revolutionary period. ff. 1r-100v: The Book of Psalms in Tironian notes, with introductions written in a Latin script Decoration: Rubrics and display script (Rustic capitals; uncial/half-uncial script) in red. Tironian notes highlighted in blue. The imprint of a rusty pen on ff. 43v, 44r, 72v, and 73r.
