Summary: The sole text in CCCC MS 479 is the Expositiones uocabulorum Bibliae (Summa Britonis) by William Brito OFM (d. before 1285), followed by an index. This popular work is a dictionary of the Bible. It was given to the College by Thomas Markaunt (d. 1439).
