Fragments of a songbook with French and Dutch songs. With music
notation (ars nova style). Note:
Former flyleaves, the leaves are damaged and cut off, with
consequent loss of text.
Origin: The songbook (chansonnier) might be originating from the
court of Albrecht of Bavaria, count of Holland, Zeeland and Hainaut
(1336-1409). Martinus Fabri came into service of Albrecht in 1395.
- Localisation of the dialects is under discussion.
