Description
  • Whole-page. White vine-stem interlace border enclosing the text on three sides and continuing into initial O(mnis). Initial, parallel bands running through the border and ciliate discs at the terminals in burnished gold. Border inhabited by three lively birds and one deer. Two putti supporting coat of arms.
    Related to the style of Francesco d'Antonio del Cherico. Humanistic script attributable to Bartolomeo Fonzio. Leaf-size: 325 x 100 mm.
