  • Composite manuscript: Two parchment manuscripts (fols. 1-16a, 16b-62) together by the seventeenth century (both owned by Henry Jones, bishop of Meath), bound with paper leaves inserted by Sir James Ware (fols. [i]-[v], 63-end).
    Provenance: Sir James Ware, 1594-1666. Henry, Earl of Clarendon. Richard Rawlinson, 1690-1755. Bequeathed by him to the Bodleian.
    Contents: Genealogies relating to Ulster and elsewhere (ff. 1-10). Dinnshenchas Érenn (ff. 11-16a). Legal collection (ff. 16b-62). Transcripts made by Sir James Ware (ff. 63-67).
