Manuscript terrier describing land tenure in the villages of Laxton
and Kneesall, Nottinghamshire
The terrier can be used in conjunction with The Laxton Map, a
manuscript estate map of 1635 by Mark Pierce, identifying all the
individual strips of land in both villages; the first GIS? Later
annotations date from 1727 and 1732.
